AGENDA:
1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of application from Enogex Gas for permit to install one-2 inch steel natural gas pipeline crossing from existing Enogex 10 acre facility north of the SE/Corner of Section 5, Township 14 North, Range 10 West in District #3.
6) Consider approval of contract for services with Youth & Family Services, Inc. for FY 06-07 in the amount of $20,825.00.
7) Consider approval of resolution demonstrating that the proposal to acquire and utilize a brush chipper by the Oklahoma Environmental Management Authority is consistent with the County Solid Waste Management Plan.
8) Consider approval of application for permit from Superior Pipeline Company to install a 6” natural gas pipeline to be installed by dry bore method west of the intersection of County Line Road and North 220th in District #1.
9) Consider to let bids to furnish and install chiller for the Canadian County Health Department.
10) Consider approval of the resolution for disposal for Xerox copier, inventory # 213.07 to be junked for Dist. # 1.
11) Consider approval to transfer a Gateway E4000 Computer, inventory #16266.29, SN#0028289894 to Dist. #1 from the Assessor.
12) Consider approval of the March 2006 monthly report for the Assessor’s Office.
13) Consider approval of the Sheriff’s report for board of county prisoners for March 2006.
