AGENDA:
1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Public hearing for acceptance of CDBG Project for water system improvements located in parts of Section 1, Township 13 North, Range 10 West, and Section 24, 25 and 36 Township 14 North, Range 10 West.
6) Consider approval of acceptance of CDBG Project for water system improvements located in parts of Section 1, Township 13 North, Range 10 West, and Section 24, 25, and 36 Township 15 North, Range 10 West.
7) Consider approval of donation of sick leave to John Greany from the following:
a) Deborah Kemp-10.75 hours
b) Jan Delana-10.22 hours
c) Nancy Galyon-10.94 hours
d) Carol Conner-40 hours
8) Consider approval of application for permit from Enogex gas gatherings to install a natural gas pipeline between the SW/4 of Section 6, Township 13 North Range 8 West, in District # 3.
9) Consider approval of (4) project inventory reports for Dist. # 2.
10) Consider approval of Pipeline Permit between Canadian County District # 2 and Canadian County Water Authority bore under the Road (3674 S. Banner Road) with PVC waterline from the SE/4 of 17-11-6 to the SW/4 of 16-11-6. Antonio Rodriguez is requesting a water membership.
11) Consider approval of the March 2006 monthly reports from the following:
a) County Clerk
b) Election Board
c) Court Clerk
d) Sheriff
12) Consider approval of the resolutions for disposal for the following for Dist. # 1:
a) 2005 Mack Semi, inventory # 302.141 Traded
b) 2005 Mack Semi, inventory # 302.140 Traded
c) 2005 Mack Dump Truck, inventory # 302.139 Traded
d) 2005 Mack Dump Truck, inventory # 302.138 Traded
13) Consider reports from the County Commissioners.
14) Discuss any new business.
15) Consider approval of Blanket Purchase Orders.
16) Consider approval of Claims.
17) Consider approval to Adjourn.
