1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of an Oklahoma Department of Commerce/Office of Community Development Emergency Shelter Grant in the amount of $ 20,000 for Youth and Family Services.
6) Consider approval of Emergency Shelter Grant Sponsor and Shelter Agreement with Youth and Family Services.
7) Consider approval of request for release of funds and certification for the Oklahoma Department of Commerce Emergency Shelter grant for Youth and Family Services.
8) Consider approval of donation of sick leave to John Greany from the following:
a) Deborah Kemp-10.75 hrs.
b) Jan Delana-10.22 hrs.
c) Nancy Gaylon-10.94 hrs.
d) Carol Conner-40 hrs.
9) Consider approval of donation of sick leave to John Greany from Davie T. Lawrence-40 hrs.

10) Open and consider awarding Bid # 2005-06-12/Furnish & Install A/C split system gas heat units/Educational Building.
11) Consider reports from the County Commissioners.
12) Discuss any new business.
13) Consider approval of Blanket Purchase Orders.

15) Consider approval to Adjourn.
