1) Call the meeting to order.
2) Discussion of the renovation of one of the existing storage buildings at the fairgrounds for an exhibit building or the possible funding for the construction of a new exhibit building at the fairgrounds with the Canadian County Fair Board members and the Oklahoma Home & Community Educational Ladies from Canadian County.
3) Consider approval to adjourn.
