AGENDA:
1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of discussion and update on Commissioners responsibilities in floodplain management, including the need for a floodplain permit for any county development in the 1% chance floodplain and enlisting the help of county district employees to report development in floodplain areas.
6) Consider approval for a floodplain permit for Chesapeake Energy Corp. for oil and gas drilling site in the northwest quarter of Section 19T11NR8W, Petree Estate # 1-19 Lease.
7) Consider approval for the appointments to the Canadian County Fairboard to be as follows: Dist. # 1- Wilann LaFoe, Dist. # 2-Larry McNeff, Dist. # 3 Dan Wedman.
8) Consider approval of Project Inventory Report for Dist. # 2.
9) Consider approval of application for permit from Superior Pipeline Company, to install a 2 3/8 inch natural gas pipeline 620 feet north of the SE/4 of Section 13, Township 12 North, Range 10 West, in Dist. # 3.
10) Consider approval of application for permit from Superior Pipeline Company, to install a 2 3/8 inch natural gas pipeline 48 feet west of the NE/4 corner of Section 24, Township 12 North Range 10 West, in Dist. # 3.
11) Consider reports from the County Commissioners.
12) Discuss any new business.
13) Consider approval of Blanket Purchase Orders.
14) Consider approval of Claims.
15) Consider approval to Adjourn.
