1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of a Agreement between the Canadian County Home Finance Authority and The Board of Canadian County Commissioners to provide accounting and bookkeeping functions.
6) Consider approval of January 2006 monthly report for the Assessor’s Office.
7) Consider approval of Sheriff’s Report for Board of County Prisoners for January 2006.
8) Consider approval of Interlocal Agreement between OEMA and Canadian County Commissioners and Lewis Hawkins, Sheriff of Canadian County for deputy sheriff to act as full-time Environmental Compliance Officer “ Trash Cop”.
9) Consider approval of designation of Amy Brandley as the Canadian County Floodplain Manager.
10) Consider approval of the Monthly Depository Reports for the Children’s Justice Center for the following:
a) July 2005
b) August 2005
c) September 2005
d) October 2005
e) November 2005
f) December 2005
11) Consider reports from the County Commissioners.
12) Discuss any new business.
13) Consider approval of Blanket Purchase Orders.
14) Consider approval of Claims.
15) Consider approval to Adjourn.
