1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of Resolution for County Co-Sponsor Certification for a REAP Grant Application for the Town of Calumet to oil and chip ½ mile of Memorial Road west of the intersection of Memorial Road and Calumet Road in Dist. # 3.
6) Consider approval of Resolution for REAP Grant Application for Dist. # 3 asphalt overlay ½ mile of 122nd east of the intersection of 122nd and 270 Highway.
7) Consider approval of Resolution for REAP Grant Application to resurface Banner Road 1 7/10 mile north of Foreman Road to the Railroad Tracks for Dist. # 1.
8) Consider approval of agreement with the Town of Calumet to asphalt overlay ½ mile of 122nd east of the intersection of 122nd and 270 Highway.
9) Consider approval of agreement with the Town of Calumet to oil and chip ½ mile of Memorial Road west of the intersection of Memorial Road and Calumet Road.
10) Consider approval of a mutual assistance agreement with the Cedar Lake Volunteer Fire Department in times of disaster or casualty to their governmental systems.
11) Consider approval of a mutual assistance agreement with the City of Oklahoma City in times of disaster or casualty to their governmental systems.
12) Consider approval of a mutual assistance agreement with the Richland Rural Fire Department of Commerce Grants.
13) Consider approval of claim for the acceptance of plan-in-hand plans and the completion of plan-in-hand inspection and submission of plan-in-hand report for grading, drainage, surfacing and bridge replacement over Tributary of Canadian River, 2.5 miles south and 5.7 miles west of I-40 and US-81 junction in Dist. # 2.
14) Consider approval of claim for the acceptance of plan-in-hand plans and the completion of plan-in-hand inspection and submission of plan-in-hand report for grading, drainage, surfacing and bridge replacement over North Canadian River, 4.5 miles north and 2.2 miles east of Geary, in Dist. # 3.
15) Consider approval of foreclosure of right to open section line right of way in the West ½ of Section 25, Township 14 North, Range 10 West of the Indian Meridian, Canadian County, Oklahoma and the East ½ section of Section 26, Township 14 North, Range 10 West of the Indian Meridian Canadian County, Oklahoma.
16) Consider approval of the Fair Board Election Resolution.
17) Consider approval of the December 2005 monthly reports from the following:
a) County Clerk
b) Court Clerk
c) Sheriff
d) Treasurer
18) Consider approval of Project Inventory Reports for Dist. # 2.
19) Consider approval of Weekly Warehouse Summary and Project Inventory Report for Dist. # 1.
