AGENDA:
1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of the Canadian County Treasurer’s response to the Okla. State Auditor & Inspector’s audit of the Treasurer’s Office for FY 2004-05.
6) Consider approval of the Resolution to dispose of county equipment (1) Stihl MS310 Chain Saw, inventory # 330.53 that was junked for Dist. # 1.
7) Consider approval of the Resolution to dispose of county equipment (1) Air Compressor, inventory # 324.7 that was junked for Dist. # 1.
8) Consider approval of issuing of Identification Cards for all Canadian County Employees, Identification Cards will be made and issued through the Emergency Management Office, Identification Cards will consist of a Photo, Employees name, Title and I.D. number, All employees shall wear I.D. cards during their normal work hours cards will be displayed on the outside of the clothing and visible to the public while on Canadian County property, The Office of Emergency Management for Canadian County will keep accountability of cards once issued employees will be responsible for the safe keeping of the I.D. if the I.D. is lost or accidentally destroyed a written explanation will accompany a request for re-issue of I.D. Upon termination of employment the employee will turn in his/her I.D. to the Office of Emergency Management before out-processing is completed.
9) Consider approval to cancel (2) lease purchase agreements between Canadian County Dist. # 1 and Empire financing with both in agreement and trade in (2) 2005 Mack Truck/Tractors serial # 1M1AJO6Y65N002540 & 1M1AJ06Y8N002541 for (2) 2006 Mack Trucks/Tractors to be lease purchased from the State Contract.
10) Consider approval of transfer of inventory (1) projector, inventory # 512442 from the Canadian County Emergency Management to the Canadian County Assessor’s Office.
11) Consider approval of Resolution for disposing of County Equipment-Best Micro Ferrs up, Model ME Series 1.8K UPS System Serial # 08531.
12) Consider approval of Resolution for disposing of County Equipment Tele Video Model 921 Univ. Terminal.
13) Consider approval of Resolution framework allowing deposits for FICA (Employer’s share).

14) Consider awarding Bid # 2005-06-07 Freestanding Building/Juvenile Detention Center.
15) Consider reports from the County Commissioners.
16) Discuss any new business.
17) Consider approval of Blanket Purchase Orders.
