AGENDA:
1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval to let bids for one (1) Freestanding Building for the Juvenile Detention Center.
6) Consider approval to Amend Resolution # 04-12 to read December 30, 2003 instead of December 15, 2003, January 12, 2004 instead of December 22, 2003 and correct the legal to read Article 3, Section A, has been amended to include the area between Banner Road and Gregory Road near Purcell Creek a.k.a. the S ½ of Section 9 and all Sec. 16, Township 12N, Range 6W, Canadian County into Zone A of the Flood Insurance Rate Map for Canadian County from the minutes of the Canadian County Flood Plain Board Meeting of December 30, 2003.
7) Consider approval of contract addendum by and between Kingfisher County and Canadian County to provide detention services
8) Consider approval between The City of Piedmont and the Board of County Commissioners of Canadian County, Dist. # 1, to assist on a joint project for Drainage, Installation of culverts on driveways, base stabilization and surface Chisolm Lane. The County will assist in providing equipment and man power.
9) Consider approval of Mutual Assistance Agreement between Canadian County and the following: Town of Okarche, City of Geary, City of Union City, City of Yukon, City of Piedmont, Town of Calumet, City of El Reno, and City of Mustang.
10) Consider reports from the County Commissioners.
11) Discuss any new business.
12) Consider approval of Blanket Purchase Orders.
13) Consider approval of Claims.
14) Consider approval to Adjourn.
