1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of agreement between Alcohol and Drug Testing, Inc. and Canadian County Dist. # 2 for FY 2006-07.
6) Consider approval to let bids for the Canadian County Treasurer for Title Reports.
7) Consider approval of June 2006 monthly reports for the following:
a) Treasurer
b) Assessor
8) Consider approval of Sheriff’s Report for board of County Prisoners for June 2006.
9) Consider approval of Agreement between OOSI and Canadian County Health Dept. for Copier Maintenance for Konica 7228 (26089) for FY 2006-07.
10) Consider approval of Agreement between OOSI and Canadian County Health Dept. for Copier Maintenance for Konica 7228 (26088) for FY 2006-07.
11) Consider approval of service agreement between Canadian County Health Dept. and Documation, Inc. for FY 2006-07.
12) Consider approval of agreement between Canadian County Health Dept. and High-Tech-Tronics for Fire Alarm for FY 2006-07.
13) Consider approval of Software License Agreement between Canadian County Dist. # 2 and Kellpro for FY 2006-07.
14) Consider approval of Jail Physician Contract between Canadian County Sheriff’s Office and Vladimir Holy, M.D. for medical care and treatment of inmates for FY 2006-07.
15) Consider approval for interlocal agreement between Canadian County Sheriff and City of Piedmont for jail facilities for FY 2006-07.
16) Consider approval of agreement between West Lehman Home Owners Association and Canadian County District #3 to Oil and Chip up to ¾ of a mile of Lehman Road beginning from Banner Road West, but only so much of Lehman Road that the cost to the county of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials does not exceed $11,000.00.
17) Consider approval of a resolution of the Commissioners of Canadian County Establishing the Nine-One-One Emergency Telephone Fee Rate for Calendar Year 2007.
18) Consider approval of Claim for a Bridge Inspection for Canadian County District #1.
19) Consider approval of Claim for a Bridge Inspection for Canadian County District #3.
20) Consider approval of Contract with EST, Inc. for 12 month inspection of
3 bridges in Canadian County according to EC-954, BR-NBIS (040)CO State Job Piece No. 12996(10) per Bridge Inspection Invoice 09D40706.
21) Consider reports from the County Commissioners.
22) Discuss any new business.
23) Consider approval of Blanket Purchase Orders.
24) Consider approval of Claims.
25) Consider approval to Adjourn.
