AGENDA:
1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of the following road name change for one or more of the following roads that have been de-annexed by Union City and are now
unincorporated: Evans Street (east side only) between Reno and SW 15th St. would change to South Evans Road, Manning Street between Reno and SW 15th St. would change to South Manning Road: West Reno (south side only) between Evans and Banner would change to Reno Road East, and SW 15th Street between Evans and Banner would change to 15th Street Southeast.
6) Consider approval of agreement between Dist. # 3 and Tiffany Lane Home Owners Association.
7) Consider approval of an application for permit from Duke Energy Field Services to install a natural gas pipeline crossing the NE/C of Section 15,
12 North 9 West into SW/C, Section 11, 12 North, 9 West in District # 2.
8) Consider approval of an application for permit from Duke Energy Field Services to install a natural gas pipeline crossing the NE/4 of Section 11,
12 North 9 West into NE/4, Section 14, 12 North, 9 West in Dist. # 2.
9) Consider approval of a resolution to request all interest from County invested monies in interest bearing accounts be apportioned.
10) Consider approval of an application for permit from Boral Bricks Inc. to install a water line crossing Choctaw Road 10 feet south of the E/W center at line of Section 16, Township 11 North, Range 7 West south of the intersection of Choctaw Road and 29th Street, in Dist. # 2.
11) Consider approval of an application for permit from Boral Bricks Inc. to move landfill gas from the Oklahoma Environmental Management Authority Landfill to the Boral Brick Manufacturing Plant and to cross 29th Street east of the N/S centerline at the intersection of Section 10 and 15, Township 11 North, Range 7 West and east of the intersection of State Highway 81 and 29th Street, in Dist. # 2.
12) Consider approval of an agreement with the City of Oklahoma City for maintenance, construction, and repair to original county section line roads.
13) Consider approval of agreement between Pitney Bowes and The Canadian County Health Dept. for a Scale for El Reno Office for FY 2006-07.
14) Consider approval of agreement between Pitney Bowes and The Canadian County Health Dept. for a Scale for Yukon Office for FY 2006-07.
15) Consider approval of agreement between IKON and The Canadian County Treasurer’s office for a Scanner for FY 2006-07.
16) Consider approval of agreement between IKON and The Canadian County Treasurer’s office for a Copier for FY 2006-07.
17) Consider approval of a Software License Agreement between TM Consulting and The Canadian County Treasurer’s Office for FY 2006-07.
18) Consider approval of Software License and Maintenance Agreement between Kellpro and Canadian County Dist. # 3 for FY 2006-07.
19) Consider approval of Banking Service Fee Agreement between Bank of Oklahoma and The Canadian County Treasurer for FY 2006-07.
20) Consider approval of Public Works Project Contact by and Between The Oklahoma Department of Corrections and Canadian County Dist. # 1 for inmate labor for FY 2006-07.
21) Consider approval of David Cockrell as the Alternate Trustee to represent the City of Mustang on the Oklahoma Environmental Management Authority.
22) Consider approval of the May 2006 monthly reports for the following:
a) Juvenile Detention Center.
b) Health Dept.
23) Consider approval of agreement for FY 2006-07 between Canadian County and SBC.
24) Consider approval of agreement for FY 2006-07 between Canadian County and Logix.
25) Consider approval of the resolution to dispose of (1) air-conditioner, inventory # 209.05 that was junked for Dist. # 2.
26) Consider approval of contract between The Canadian County Health Department and Tracy Tadlock for FY 2006-07.
27) Consider approval of Requisitioning and Receiving Officers for FY 2006-07 for School & Film.
28) Consider approval of Requisitioning and Receiving Officers for FY 2006-07 for Emergency Management.
29) Consider approval of Requisitioning and Receiving Officers for FY 2006-07 for Juvenile Detention Center.
30) Consider reviewing the 04-05 Year-End Report for the Canadian County Children’s Justice Center.
31) Consider approval of the contracts for usage of the detention center between Canadian County and Seminole and Carter Counties.
32) Consider approval of the service agreement with Water Quality Control, Inc. for water testing at the Children’s Justice Center for FY 2007.
33) Consider approval of the service agreement by and between Canadian County and Clifford to provide generator maintenance services for the Children’s Justice Center for the FY 2007.
34) Consider approval of the contract by and between Canadian County and Justice Benefits, Inc. to provide Federal Financial Participation service for IV-E dollars at the Children’s Justice Center for the FY 2007.
35) Consider approval of the contracts with North Care Center and Canadian County to provide in-home services through the Children’s Justice Center for the FY 2007.
36) Consider reports from the County Commissioners.
37) Discuss any new business.
38) Consider approval of Blanket Purchase Orders.
39) Consider approval of Claims.
40) Consider approval to Adjourn.
