AGENDA:   1)    Call the Meeting to Order.

2)      Consider approval of minutes.

3)      Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.

4)      Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.

5)      Consider approval of appointing Justin Giddens, County Director for the Department of Human Services to the Fees Committee for the Prevention of Child Abuse.

6)      Consider approval of a Resolution to accept “Tiffany Lane” a private road as County Roadway.

7)      Consider approval of Professional Legal Service Agreement between Canadian County Assessor and Tisdal Law Firm for fy 2006-07.

8)      Consider approval of Web Site and Database Management Contact between Canadian County Assessor and Visual Lease Services for fy 2006-07.

9)      Consider approval of maintenance agreement between Canadian County Dist. # 2 and Oklahoma Office Systems, Inc. for Konica copier 7050P, ID # 19599 for fy 2006-07.

10)   Consider approval of the June 2006 monthly reports for the following:

11)   Consider approval of the contracts for usage of the detention center between Canadian County and Alfalfa, Blaine, Bryan, Caddo, Carter, Cimarron, Creek, Jefferson, Kingfisher, Kiowa, Muskogee, Noble, Ottawa, Roger Mills, Texas and Woods.

12)    Consider approval of (4) project inventory reports for Dist. # 2.

13)   Consider approval of a Commercial Service Agreement between the Canadian County Clerk and Cox Communications for Internet service.
