AGENDA:
1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of floodplain permit 003-2006 for the unrecorded plat “Pecan Grove Farm Section IV”, part of the SE/4 Sec. 35T13NR6W.
6) Consider approval of the following road name change for one or more of the following roads that have been de-annexed by Union City and are now unincorporated: Evans Street (east side only) between Reno and SW 15th St. would change to South Evans Road, Manning Street between Reno and SW 15th St. would change to South Manning Road: West Reno (south side only) between Evans and Banner would change to Reno Road East, and SW 15th Street between Evans and Banner would change to 15th Street Southeast.
7) Consider approval of Floodplain Management Update.
8) Consider signing the Office of Juvenile Affairs contract to receive funding for the sanctions program for fiscal year 2007.
9) Consider approval of maintenance agreement between Oklahoma Office Systems, Inc. and The Canadian County Clerk for Konica 7272 copier, ID # 27411 for FY 2006-07.
10) Consider approval of maintenance agreement between Oklahoma Office Systems, Inc. and The Canadian County Clerk for Konica 7235 copier, ID # 27405 for FY 2006-07.
11) Consider approval of May 2006 monthly reports for the following:

12) Consider approval of Software License Agreement between Canadian County Dist. # 2 and Kellpro for FY 2006-07.
13) Consider approval (4) project inventory reports for Dist. # 2.
14) Consider approval of May 2006 Sheriff’s Report for Board of County Prisoners.
15) Consider approval of donation of sick leave to Kim Arnold from Dallas Edwards (32 hours).
16) Consider approval of an agreement with District # 3 and West Timberlake Home Owners Association to oil and chip the existing road.
17) Consider approval of equipment maintenance agreement with Oklahoma Office Systems for Konica 7040 copier for FY 2006-07.
18) Consider approval to participate in the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma Self Insurance Group and Deductible Declaration Document for FY 2006-07.
19) Consider approval of a resolution to execute the agreement establishing the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma Self Insurance Group for FY 2006-07.
20) Consider approval of payment options in the Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma Self Insurance Group and Deductible Declaration Document for FY 2006-07.
21) Consider approval of an Interlocal Governmental Cooperation Agreement between The Canadian County Sheriff and the Town of Calumet for Jail Facility for FY 2006-07.
22) Consider approval of an Interlocal Governmental Cooperation Agreement between The Canadian County Sheriff and the City of Yukon for Jail Facility for FY 2006-07.
