AGENDA:
1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of the following road name change for one or more of the following roads that have been de-annexed by Union City and are now unincorporated: Evans Street (east side only) between Reno and SW 15th St. would change to South Evans Road, Manning Street between Reno and SW 15th St. would change to South Manning Road: West Reno (south side only) between Evans and Banner would change to Reno Road East, and SW 15th Street between Evans and Banner would change to 15th Street Southeast.
6) Consider approval of Floodplain Management Update.
7) Consider approval of the Financial Statement for the Resale Property Fund for the Treasurer’s Office.
8) Consider approval of the contracts for usage of the detention center between Canadian County and Atoka, Beaver, Cotton, Craig, Delaware, Ellis, Garfield, Garvin, Grady, Harper, Haskell, Hughes, Johnston, Kay, Love, McClain, Major, Mayes, Murray, Nowata, Pittsburgh, Rogers, Tillman, Wagoner, and Woodward Counties.
9) Consider approval of the contact by and between Canadian County and Ted Fortmann, M.D. to provide medical services for the Children’s Justice Center for the fiscal year 2007.
10) Consider approval of the contract by and between Canadian County and Bob Danaher Ph. D, to provide psychological services for the Children’s Justice Center for the fiscal year 2007.
11) Consider approval of the contract by and between Canadian County and Kathy Eisenhour, L.P.N. to provide nursing services for the Children’s Justice Center for the fiscal year 2007.
12) Consider approval of the contract by and between Canadian County and Court appointed Special Advocate program (CASA) to provide advocacy services for the Court at the Children’s Justice Center for the fiscal year 2007.
13) Consider approval of the service agreement by and between Canadian County and Western Uniform and Towel Services, Inc. to supply custodial supplies for the Children’s Justice Center.
14) Consider approval of the Requisitioning and Receiving Officers for the Fy 2006-07 for the following:

15) Consider approval of the May 2006 monthly report for the Sheriff’s dept.
16) Consider approval of the Lease Agreement between Arnold Zum Mullen and Dist. # 1 for (5+) acres for FY 2006-07.
17) Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement between the City of El Reno and The Canadian County Sheriff for use of firearms range for FY 2006-07.
18) Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement between the Canadian County Sheriff and the City of El Reno for jail facilities for FY 2006-07.
19) Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement between the Canadian County Sheriff and the Town of Geary for jail facilities for FY 2006-07.
20) Consider approval for Dist. # 1 to let bids for the Sale of the Following items:
a) Bid # 1 fuel tanks, stands, etc.

21) Consider approval of a resolution to dispose of (1) BAKBAR convection over, inventory # B699.360 for the Sheriff’s Dept.
22) Consider approval of Renewal Option between Legacy Bank and the Canadian County Free Fair for 2004 Ford F150.
23) Consider approval of maintenance agreement between Standley Systems and OSU Extension for FY 2006-07.
24) Consider approval of Lease Agreement between Canadian County and OOSI for Konica 7235 copier for FY 2006-07.
25) Consider approval of Lease Agreement between Canadian County and OOSI for Konica 7272 copier for FY 2006-07.
26) Consider approval of Service Agreement between The Digi Group and OSU Extension for on-site service (technical support) FY 2006-07.
27) Consider approval of an agreement with Maple School for Administrative Services for FY 2006-07.
28) Consider approval of an agreement with Banner School for Administrative Services for FY 2006-07.
29) Consider approval of an agreement with Darlington School for Administrative Services for FY 2006-07.
30) Consider approval of an agreement with Riverside School for Administrative Services for FY 2006-07.
31) Consider approval of a Cooperative Agreement between Canadian County Dist. # 1, and El Reno School District # 34 to re-surface the track at Memorial Stadium.
