1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of FY 2006-07 Temporary Appropriations for County General Fund.
6) Consider approval of the following road name change for one or more of the following roads that have been de-annexed by Union City and are now unincorporated: Evans Street (east side only) between Reno and SW 15th St. would change to South Evans Road, Manning Street between Reno and SW 15th St. would change to South Manning Road: West Reno (south side only) between Evans and Banner would change to Reno Road East, and SW 15th Street between Evans and Banner would change to 15th Street Southeast.
7) Consider approval of maintenance agreement between Standley Systems and The Canadian County Sheriff for FY 2006-07.
8) Consider approval of maintenance agreement between Standley Systems
and The Canadian County Free Fair for FY 2006-07.
9) Consider approval of maintenance agreement between Image Works of Oklahoma and The Canadian County Sheriff for FY 2006-07.
10) Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement between The Canadian County Sheriff and the Town of Union City for Jail Facilities for FY 2006-07.
11) Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement between The Canadian County Sheriff and the City of Mustang for Jail Facilities for FY 2006-07.
12) Consider approval of rental agreement between General Mailing Equipment, Inc. and The Canadian County Election Board for FY 2006-07 for mailing machine and folder/inserter.
13) Consider approval of rental agreement between Fracotyp-Postalia and The Canadian County Election Board for FY 2006-07 for postage meter.
14) Consider approval of Service Agreement between R.K. Black, Inc. and The Canadian County Election Board for FY 2006-07.
15) Consider approval for a resolution for disposal of equipment (1) Chair, inventory # 102.15 for the Canadian County Health Department.

17) Consider approval of the contracts for usage of the detention center between Canadian County and Beckham, Cherokee, Choctaw, Coal, Custer, Dewey, Harmon, Jackson, Latimer, LeFlore, Lincoln, Logan, Marshall, McCurtain, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Payne, Pontotoc, Pushmataha, Sequoyah, Stephens, Washington, Washita Counties.
18) Consider approval of the school contract by and between Canadian County and the Calumet School District to provide alternative education services at the Children’s Justice Center for the fiscal year of 2007.
19) Consider approval of the contract by and between Canadian County and Cathy Montgomery to provide dietary consultation services for the Children’s Justice Center for the fiscal year 2007.
20) Consider approval of the contract by and between Canadian County and Ken W. Dickerson to provide Judicial and Administrative services at the Children’s Justice Center for the fiscal year 2007.
21) Consider approval of a storage lease agreement between The Canadian County Clerk and Underground Vaults and Storage for FY 2006-07.
22) Consider approval of a Service and Price Agreement between Canadian County Dist. # 3 and Alcohol and Drug Testing, Inc. for FY 2006-07.
23) Consider approval of agreement between Dist. # 3 and Tiffany Lane Home Owners Association.
24) Consider approval of appointment of Denny Myers as Trustee to represent the City of Yukon on the Oklahoma Enviromental Management Authority.
