CANADIAN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:

 

AGENDA:  

 

1)    Call the Meeting to Order.

 

2)    Consider approval of minutes.

 

3)    Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.

 

4)    Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the  Commissioners.

 

5)    Consider approval to let bids for (1) or more new belly dump trailers for straight purchase for Dist. # 3.

 

6)    Consider approval of maintenance agreement between Oklahoma Office Systems, Inc. and The County  Clerk for Konica  copier 7222, ID # 25535 for FY 2006-07.

 

7)    Consider approval of the April 2006 monthly report for the following:

a) Health Dept.

b) Assessor

 

8)    Consider approval of an inter-local agreement with District # 1 and the City of El Reno for removal and replacement of the bridge located approximately 150 yards south of Hwy 66 on Alfadal Road.

 

9)    Consider approval of an inter-local agreement with District # 3 and the City of El Reno for oil and chipping approximately 1 ½ miles of roads within the city limits of

El Reno.

 

10)    Consider approval of Lease Agreement with Canadian County Public Facilities Authority for 200 S. Bickford for the Election Board for FY 2006-07.

 

11)    Consider approval of Agreement with the Canadian County Public Facilities Authority for the Gary E. Miller Children’s Justice Center for FY 2006-07.

 

12)    Consider approval of Extension Agreement with the Canadian County Public Facilities Authority for parking north of the judicial building for FY 2006-07.

 

13)    Consider approval of Lease Agreement with the Canadian County Pubic Facilities Authority for storage for the Sheriff’s Office for FY 2006-07.

 

14)    Consider approval of Extension Sub-Lease Agreement and operation and maintenance contract with the Canadian County Public Facilities Authority for the Canadian County Health Department for FY 2006-07.

 

15)    Consider approval of contract for services between Visual Lease Services and The County Assessor for FY 2006-07.

 

16)    Consider approval of maintenance agreement between Summit Business Systems and The County Assessor for FY 2006-07 for copier maintenance.

 

17)    Consider reports from the County Commissioners.

 

18)    Discuss any new business.

 

19)    Consider approval of Blanket Purchase Orders.

 

20)    Consider approval of Claims.

 

21)    Consider approval to Adjourn.
