1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of agreement with the City of Oklahoma City and District #1 for improvements as Cemetery Road from NW 122nd Street to NW Expressway.
6) Consider approval of Pipeline Permit between District # 3 and Enogex Gas Gatherings, L.L.C. the NW/4 of Section 3 into the NE/4 Section 4-14N-9W Intersection of Ranch and Waterloo.
7) Consider approval of Rental Order and Demo Record between Canadian County District # 3 and G.W. VanKeppel Company Model # Bomag BW211PD.
8) Consider approval of Rental Order and Demo Record between Canadian County District # 3 and G.W. VanKeppel Company Model # Bomag MPH362.
9) Consider approval of the (4) Project Inventory Reports for Dist. # 2.
10) Consider approval of the Sheriff’s Report for Board of County Prisoners for February 2006.
11) Consider approval of the February 2006 monthly reports for the following:
a) Election Board
b) Court Clerk
c) County Clerk
12) Consider approval to let bids for Chip & Seal to be added to the Current Six-Month Bid.
13) Consider approval to let bids for Heat & Air System (2-stage 20 ton minimum) for the Educational Building.
14) Consider approval of the purchase of (3) mowers off State Contract with (3) trade in’s all 15’ 1518 and the purchase of (1) John Deere Riding Lawn mower off state contract with (1) trade-in. John Deere’s to be lease-purchased, trade-in’s as follows:

18) Consider reports from the County Commissioners.
19) Discuss any new business.
