1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of U.A.S.I (Urban Area Security Initiative)Agreement/grant.
6) Consider approval of the resolution accepting “Tiffany Lane” as a countyroadway in Dist. # 3.
7) Consider approval of permit from Duke Energy to install a natural gas pipeline crossing between the NE/C, SE/4 of Section 3, Township 11 North, 8 West into the SW/4 of Section 2, Township 11N, 8 West in District # 2.
8) Consider approval to let bids for the remodeling of the 40’ x 90’and the 40’ x 60’ storage buildings to convert into multi-purpose building for the fair grounds.
9) Consider approval of the project award of a contract for grading, drainage and surfacing 2.5 miles of EW100 Britton Road to Gregory Road, 4.10 miles North and 7.0 miles west of Yukon, in District # 1/ STP-109C (055).
10) Consider approval of Certification and Affidavit for the project award of a contract for grading, drainage and surfacing 2.5 miles of Britton Road from Gregory Road, 4.10 miles North and 7.0 miles west of Yukon, in District # 1/STP-109C (055) for $2,250.00.
11) Consider approval of a project award of supplemental for grading, drainage and surfacing 2.5 miles of Britton Road from Gregory Road, 4.10 miles North and 7.0 miles west of Yukon, in District # 1/STP-109C (055).
12) Consider approval of Certification and Affidavit for a supplemental for grading, drainage and surfacing 2.5 miles of Britton Road from Gregory Road, 4.10 miles North and 7.0 miles west of Yukon, in District # 1/ STP-109C (055) for $200.00.
13) Consider approval of the Sheriff’s monthly report for February 2006.
14) Consider approval of the maintenance agreement for the DR3080CII Scanner between IKON and the Treasurer’s Office.
15) Consider approval of the resolution to dispose of the following items for Dist. # 1:

16) Consider approval of the February 2006 monthly report for the Health Dept.
