AGENDA:
1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of Pecan Grove Farm Section IV, in SE4 Sec 35 T13N R6W.
6) Consider approval of maintenance agreement between ESRI Inc and Canadian County Assessor for ArcView Software Program for FY 06-07.
7) Consider approval of donation of sick leave to Paula Lang from the following:
a) Bryon Palmer-8.00 hrs.
b) Bob Mallam-8.00 hrs.
c) Christopher Morrison-8.00 hrs.
8) Consideration to approve an oil and gas lease from Dwight Berglan and Associates at the E/2 NE4, a ½ tract in Section 11, T13N, R10W based upon the following options:
· $150 per net acre bonus for a three (3) year lease with a 3/16 royalty
· No bonus for a three (3) year lease with a ¼ royalty
9) Consider approval of an Interlocal Agreement between the city of El Reno and District #1, for removal and replacement of creek retaining wall located east of Reno and north of Sunset Drive.
10) Consider approval of an Agreement between the Town of Union City and District #2, pertaining to maintenance, construction, and repair of certain streets and roads.
11) Consider approval of an Agreement between the Oklahoma Environmental Management Authority, the Board of County Commissioners and Sheriff Hawkins for the employment of an Environmental Compliance Officer.
12) Consider approval of an Agreement between the City of Yukon and Canadian County pertaining to maintenance, construction, and repair to certain streets and roads.
13) Consider approval of an Agreement between the City of Oklahoma City and Canadian County pertaining to maintenance, construction, and repair to certain streets and roads.
14) Consider approval of an Agreement between the City of El Reno and Canadian County pertaining to maintenance, construction, and repair to certain streets and roads.
15) Consider approval of an Agreement between the City of Oklahoma City and the board of County Commissioners for street improvements at Cimarron Road to Richland Road and Richland Road from SW 44th Street to SW 59th Street.
16) Consider approval of an Oklahoma Alcoholic Beverage Application from San Hill Vineyards LLC, located at 12767 N. Courtney Rd., Calumet, OK 73014.
17) Consider approval of the April 2006 monthly reports for the following:
