AGENDA:
1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of Pecan Grove Farm Section IV, in SE4 Sec 35 T13N R6W.
6) Consideration to approve an oil and gas lease from Dwight Berglan and Associates at the E/2 NE4, a ½ tract in Section 11, T13N, R10W based upon the following options:
· $150 per net acre bonus for a three (3) year lease with a 3/16 royalty
· No bonus for a three (3) year lease with a ¼ royalty.
7) Consider approval of agreement between The Canadian County Sheriff’s Department and Mustang Public Schools for a full time, on duty law enforcement officer covering Mustang North Middle School, Mustang Trails Elementary, Mustang Creek Elementary and Mustang Valley Elementary.
8) Consider approval of the April 2006 monthly report for the Sheriff’s Dept.
9) Consider approval of rental agreement between Consumer Textile Corp. (CTC) and Canadian County for dust mops and floor mats.
10) Consider approval of Interlocal Cooperative Agreement between the Boards of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County and Canadian County for CRS-2 Emulsion Oil for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007.
11) Consider approval of Pipeline Permit between Duke Energy Services, L.P. and Canadian County Dist. # 2 crossing between the NW/4 of Section 35 into the SW/4 of Section 35-11N-9W.
12) Consider approval of Contract for Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG).
13) Consider approval of Contract with Engineering Services and Testing, Inc. and Claim for Project Award Project # BRO-109D(092) CO State Job No. 21569(04) Canadian County District # 3 (T14N,R10W) Bridge Location # 09E093N2640004, NB1 # 15406 and Local ID # 35 over Tributary of North Canadian River, 2.5 miles north and 1.6 miles east of Geary, Oklahoma.
14) Consider approval of Lease Agreement between Canadian County Public Facilities Authority, (hereinafter called Lessor) and by and between the Governing Board of the Court Fund for the District Court of Canadian County acting on behalf of and for the Canadian County Court Clerk for storage.
15) Consider approval of Interlocal Agreement between Canadian County District # 2 and the City of Mustang pertaining to maintenance, construction and repair to certain streets to be designated by the County Commissioners of District # 2.

16) Open and consider awarding Bid # 2005-06-14 Wide Format, Multi-Function Printing System/County Clerk.
17) Consider reports from the County Commissioners.
18) Discuss any new business.
19) Consider approval of Blanket Purchase Orders.
