AGENDA:
1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval to sign oil and gas lease between Canadian County and Blue Star Gas Corp that was approved May 21, 2006. (E/2 NE/4 Sec. 11-T13N-R10W in Canadian County, with the option of $150.00 per acre bonus for a 3-year lease with a 3/16 royalty).
6) Consider signing the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Service contract to receive funding for the adolescent substance abuse group home for fiscal year 2007.
7) Consider signing the Office of Juvenile Affairs contract to receive funding for the detention center for fiscal year 2007.
8) Consider signing the Office of Juvenile Affairs contract to receive funding for Alternatives to Detention/Transportation for fiscal year 2007.
9) Consider approval of Commissioners Sale: OUT BLOCKS A-G (El Reno) N2 Lot 2 Block B to the City of El Reno, Canadian County, State of Oklahoma. Bidder Rogers Street Church of Christ $ 200.00.
10) Consider approval of the maintenance agreement between Western Systems Corp. and The Canadian County Assessor for FY 2006-07.
11) Consider approval of the maintenance agreement between OOSI and the Canadian County Assessor for FY 2006-07 for the Konica 7040 copier.
12) Consider approval of the maintenance agreement between OOSI and the Canadian County Assessor for FY 2006-07 for the Konica 7060 copier.
13) Consider approval of Resolution to underwrite the acquisition of right-of-way in connection with a public project to construct a bridge and approaches on over the North Canadian River, 4.5 miles North and 2.2 miles of Geary, in Dist. # 3.
14) Consider approval of right-of-way, public utility and encroachment agreement with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation to construct a bridge and approaches on over the North Canadian River, 4.5 miles North and 2.2 miles of Geary in Dist. # 3.
15) Consider approval of resolution to execute the agreement establishing the association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma self-insurance fund for worker’s compensation.
16) Consider approval of intent to participate in Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma and payment option.
17) Consider to request to the Oklahoma Department of Transportation to build a CD Force account bridge ½ mile west of the Intersection of Hwy 270 and Britton Road in Dist. # 3.
18) Consider approval of a claim from Engineering Services and Testing for the completion of the Geotechnical Investigation for grading, drainage, surfacing, and bridge replacement over the North Canadian River, 4.5 miles north and 2.2 miles east of Geary, in Dist. # 3.
19) Consider approval of the Certificate and Affidavit claim from Engineering Services and Testing for the completion of the Geotechnical Investigation for grading, drainage, surfacing and bridge replacement over the North Canadian River, 4.5 miles north and 2.2 miles east of Geary in Dist. # 3.
20) Consider approval of supplemental and modification agreements for the Geotechnical Investigation for grading, drainage, surfacing and bridge replacement over the North Canadian River, 4.5 miles north and 2.2 miles east of Geary, in Dist. # 3.
