CANADIAN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING
DATE: MONDAY, MAY 8, 2006

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
AGENDA:
1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consideration to approve a Resolution on the issuance by the Canadian County Home Finance Authority of up to $ 10,000,000 in Taxable or Tax-Exempt Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds such action including but not limited to (a) approval of the issuance of such indebtedness as required by 60 O.S. Section 176(d), (b) the waiver of competitive bidding with respect to their sale as required by 60 O.S. Section 176(e), and (c) the ratification and confirmation of any and all terms of the Authority’s resolution related to such financing and any and all matters related thereto and the execution of all related instruments related thereto.
6) Consider approval to let six-month bids for July 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006.
7) Consider approval of Interlocal Agreement between the City of El Reno and District # 1 for drainage, base stabilization, widening and resurfacing south Radio Road from East Highway 66 southward to the I-40 bridge a distance of 2,535 feet.
8) Consider approval of an agreement with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation for the construction of an Industrial Access project to access a road serving Boral Bricks on Choctaw Road.
9) Consider approval of a Proclamation declaring May 7 through May 13, 2006 as Oklahoma Home and Community Education Week.
10) Consider approval of Phase I of Legacy Point, in the SW ¼ of Section 31, Township 12 North and Range 6 West.
11) Consider approval of the contract between the Board of Canadian County Commissioners for the CCJDC and Cleveland County, for Cleveland County to be a “User County”.
12) Consider approval of the April 2006 monthly reports for the following:
a) Assessor
b) Treasurer
c) Court Clerk
13) Consider approval of the April 2006 Sheriff’s report for board of county prisoners.
14) Consider approval of a Resolution for declaring May as Flood Awareness Month.
15) Consider approval of (4) project inventory reports for Dist. # 2.

16) Consider awarding Bid # 2005-06-13/Furnish & Install Chiller on roof of Canadian County Health Department.
17) Consider reports from the County Commissioners.
18) Discuss any new business.
19) Consider approval of Blanket Purchase Orders.
20) Consider approval of Claims.
21) Consider approval to Adjourn.
