AGENDA:
1) Call the Meeting to Order.
2) Consider approval of minutes.
3) Consider approval of appropriations and transfers.
4) Comments from the public, limited to two (2) minutes, time may be extended at the discretion of the Commissioners.
5) Consider approval of updated disaster recovery plan for the Canadian County Clerk’s Office.
6) Consider approval to sponsor a grant application to the Dept. of Commerce for Youth & Family Services.
7) Consider approval to accept the donation of $25,000.00 dollars made by Mr. and Mrs. Tom Ward to the Children’s Justice Center.
8) Consider approval of Certificate of Authorized Signatures.
9) Consider approval of December 2005 monthly reports for the following:
a) Health Dept.
b) Election Board
10) Consider approval of Annual Accounting for the Controlled Dangerous Substance Revolving fund for the from the District Attorney’s Office.
11) Consider approval of Amended Resolution amending Article 3, Section A. amended to include area between Banner Road and Gregory Road near Purcell Creek, Section 16, Township 12 North, Range 6 West of the I.M.
12) Consider approval of an interlocal agreement between the City of El Reno, and District # 3, to assist on a joint project on W. Elm Street between S. County Club Road and Lake El Reno.
13) Consider approval of an interlocal agreement between the City of El Reno and District # 1, for removal and replacement of the bridge on Elm Street and ½ way between Evans Road and Radio Road.

14) Open and consider awarding Bid # 2005-06-07 Freestanding Building/Juvenile Detention Center.
15) Consider reports from the County Commissioners.
16) Discuss any new business.
17) Consider approval of Blanket Purchase Orders.
18) Consider approval of Claims.
19) Consider approval to Adjourn.
