1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Consider approval of minutes of floodplain board meeting of October 24, 2005.
3. Consider approval of Amy Brandley as Canadian County Floodplain Administrator, replacing Jerry Smith.
4. Consider drilling permit for Chesapeake Energy, Petree Estates #1-19, Sec9 T11N R8W.
5. For general discussion, breach areas below NRCS watershed dams.
6. For consideration and action to limit the appointed number of floodplain board members to five in accordance with Oklahoma State Statutes 1605 A.
7. For discussion, Canadian County floodplain regulations are being reviewed for compliance with federal and state statutes.
8. Update on studies by Meshek and Associates and Watershed Concepts in the Banner Area.
9. Update on Map Modernization.
10. For consideration of the floodplain administrator to issue provisional permits for construction of padded areas for construction sites.
11. Adjournment.
