1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Consider for approval minutes of the June 5, 2006 meeting.
3. Consider for approval the permit application for the Chesapeake Energy Corporation oil and gas drilling and production site, Jensen 1-22, in the southeast quarter of section 22, T12N R7W.
4. Consider for approval the permit application for Dominion Exploration and Production, Inc oil and gas drilling and production site, Manning 2-5, in the northwest quarter of section 5, T11N R6W.
5. Consider for approval the permit application for Glen Eagles in the southwest quarter of section 16 of T12N R6W.
4. Discussion of proposed changes to Canadian County Floodplain Regulations.
