The sole job of the Canadian County Court Clerk's Cost Administration Department is to collect court ordered fines, fees, costs, and other assessments in criminal cases.

Court ordered criminal assessments are due on the day of sentencing, unless cost administration provides a defendant with a payout option, as sanctioned by the sentencing judge, or the Cost Judge.  Pay out plans are not automatic.  Defendants must appear in the Cost Administration Department, as ordered by the sentencing Judge.

No appointments are made; Defendants are seen on a first come, first served basis.  Proper attire and proper behavior is required.

*Credit Card Payment must be processed in person; no payments by credit card over the phone or computer.  Credit Card holder must be present for transaction:  For example: Defendant cannot present relative's card for payment without relative being present.
