Residential Field Manager
County Assessor's Office
Are you looking to join a team in the fastest growing county in the state? The Canadian County Assessor’s Office has created this new full-time position. Major areas of responsibility will include:
- Managing personnel in the Residential Appraisal Division
- Establishing general guidelines and new policies
- Organizing visual inspection cycle workloads
- Planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting residential and agricultural revaluation and maintenance programs
- Meeting with residential property owners about their valuations
Bachelor’s degree, real estate experience and knowledge of the appraisal process preferred. Ideal candidate must have management experience and pass state accreditation tests dealing with the mass appraisal process. Computer proficiency including Windows 7 and MS Office, good communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with good driving record required. Salary and benefits commensurate with skills and experience.
