2019 COMPETITIVELY BID PROJECTS
Canadian County District 1 contracted with RRY, Inc. to reconstruct the bridge on Radio Road south of 234th Street.
Canadian County District 1 contracted with RRY, Inc. to reconstruct the bridge on Evans Road south of 234th Street.
Canadian County District 1 contracted with Atlas Paving to lay a 5" asphalt surface on four miles of Waterloo Road from Gregory Road west. The project included the county workforces stabilizing the road base and then striped for public safety. This bid was made available to the City of Piedmont, and they elected to reconstruct Waterloo Road from Piedmont Road west one mile.

September - Frisco Road from 206th Street north approx 0.5 miles *base stabilized
2018 COMPETITIVELY BID PROJECTS
Canadian County District 1 contracted with River Ridge Construction to reconstruct a bridge just east of the intersection at Brandley Road and 234th Street
This bridge had been damaged by an out of state oilfield vehicle, and district 1 was able to make a very fair settlement with their insurance company to assist in the total cost to replace the structure.
Canadian County District 1 has completed a project on Waterloo Road from County Line Road going west for a little over 1 mile near Piedmont, OK.
The District 1 workforces have stabilized the subgrade with Fly Ash material and have contracted with TJ Campbell to lay a 5-inch asphalt road surface. The new road was striped for the public's safety.
This project was awarded almost $100,000.00 toward the total cost from an Association of Central Oklahoma Governments grant. Additionally, District 1 has applied for reimbursement of material costs through the Circuit Engineering District for just under $16,000.00 after completion.

August - 150th from Richland Road to Gregory Road *base stabilized
Cimarron Road from Northwest Highway to 150th Street *base stabilized
Assisted District 2 with a project in Gregory Estates
September - overlayed 1 layer of chips on the following roads:
122nd Street east from Highway 81
Alfadale Road from 122nd to Memorial Road
Assisted the City of El Reno (by Interlocal Agreement) with 5 miles of road
2017 COMPETITIVELY BID PROJECTS
District 1 contracted with Atlas Paving Co for a 1 1/2 inch asphalt overlay on Foreman Road from Banner Road to Gregory Road
District 1 has reconstructed the bridge on 234th Street between Alfadale Road and Radio Road (a/k/a Monster Bridge).
District 1 is working to provide a safer route of travel for the citizens in the area.
At the completion of the project, District 1 sought partial financial aid through our Circuit Engineering District to keep the taxpayers' cost as low as possible.
