The El Reno Chamber of Commerce named Commissioner Phil Carson as Public Official of the Year. Citing his contributions to El Reno and Canadian County and his years of dedicated service to the public, the Chamber awarded Phil at the 99th Annual El Reno Chamber of Commerce Banquet on June 10, 2010.
