2013 Notices of Change In Assessed Value of Real Estate are currently being mailed out.  Remember Oklahoma Statutues require property to be valued at a "fair cash" or "market" value.  Please review this information carefully and don't hesitate to call us if you have questions, issues, or concerns.

As one of the fastest growing counties in the state, Canadian County has some exciting challenges ahead preparing for our continued growth while maintaining our rural heritage. As Assessor I want to do my part to continue making this county a great place to work and live! My faith and family represent the cornerstone of who I am. As a home owner and parent with a child in our school system, I will work hard as County Assessor to make sure schools receive the funding they need which begins with an accurate assessment process.

My goals for the Canadian County Assessor’s office include legislative involvement to promote change that benefits county residents, educating taxpayers about the assessment process and exemptions for which they may qualify, and updating our website to be more user-friendly for residents by including forms and other timely information.
